You can return any of your purchases within 30 days. Processed returns take 2-4 business days from the time they're received!

You will be notified by email once we've issued this type of payment. Please make sure that whichever method(s) are used for shipment tracking have been updated so there is no delay with processing times.

Within the U.S.

All you need to do to return a purchased item is start your return on the BetterMe website, get a QR code via email, look up a Return Bar near you and drop off the item there (more than 3800 locations are available across the US). Last but not least, share the QR code to initiate an immediate refund. Just like that!

Outside the U.S.

After pressing the button to start the return process, you will receive a return label print. Take it to any post office and send it to us. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Support team .

EXCHANGES & PRICE MATCHING

We don't offer exchanges or price-matching, but we do have a 30-days return policy that you can follow for the items in your order. Please, visit us to submit a new order for your new items.

Keep in mind

in order to be approved for a return, items have to be in perfect condition with their original product tags in place.
