Do you ship internationally?

We aim to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, even if it’s during the busy holiday season! We ensure that your order will arrive within 14 business days.

Standard shipping for packages are shipped via DHL eCommerce, with final delivery via USPS (in US) or your local service.

How much does the postage cost?

We offer free delivery for all items purchased from us. 

Why is my order not being delivered in the estimated time?

Shipping estimates are provided by USPS. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Sorry for the inconvenience!

What is my order status?

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order because of any issue, contact our team immediately. We will be more than happy to help walk through the cancellation and process your refund. 

Can I change the colour/size of what I just ordered?

Once your order has been submitted successfully, it goes almost immediately to processing, and then it’s sent to our warehouse for shipping.  

To get your items to you as fast as possible, we do not allow any changes in colors or sizes once an order has gone through initial checkout.

Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?

To get your items to you as fast as possible, we do not allow any changes in shipping methods or addresses once an order has gone through initial checkout. 

You can attempt to change your shipping address after an order has been placed by contacting customer service below. However, there's a chance it won't work and we'll confirm this for you before making any changes. 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta/Connect or Maestro, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We do not accept cheques or cash.

What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

Contact our Customer Care team and they'll do their very best to put things right as quickly as possible.

How do I return something if I need to?

We're happy to offer a refund on items in perfect condition that have proof of purchase. You have to return them within 30 days from the date of delivery.

If you receive an item that’s different from what you ordered, please feel free to contact our support team for help. They'll make sure the issue is resolved as soon as possible (usually on the same day)!

How will I know you’ve refunded me?

After we receive your request, you'll get a confirmation email. We’ll then process your refund within 5 business days.

All our clothes have washing guidelines, but here's one quick tip: don't wash technical fabrics with fabric conditioner as it will clog up the pores and stop sweat from "wicking" away. For more information head to the specific product page.
